           What I really like about up country is the different climates. If

            offers elevations running from 1400 to 4000 elevation. Lower
            Kula has perfect weather, I once read where it has the most perfect
            weather in the world. Now that's an amazing claim. It has great
            soil for farming, you can grow beautiful strawberries and the
            vegetables love the climate. Move up the crater a little higher and
            you have a feeling of living in the foothills, offering amazing island
            wide views. The sunsets over looking the north and south shores
            are just stunning. Ulupalakua Ranch is something you would imagine
            in a painting. If it's good enough for Oprah, I am sure you will enjoy
            Kula heading out to the ranch area. Home Prices start at around $600k
            for a home on a lot, up to $4M for a beautiful home on rolling acres.
